i've finally gotten around to finish Axiomatic, a 1995 book consisting of short stories by my favorite author, Greg Egan, of whom i've read four books: Permutation City, Diaspora, Schild's Ladder, and the Orthogonal trilogy; all four recommended, especially the first two of those.
he writes science fiction, with a focus on computation and information theory, elementary physics, consciousness, trans-humanism and post-humanism, and other very caradocore things.
